Baking Mixes

These mixes work really well in all the recipes that I post on this blog and are quicker when making a large batch.  So if you want to make your own flour mixes here you go!

General Flour Mix:
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1 cup Potato Starch
1 cup Tapioca Flour

White Bread Mix:
2 1/2 cups Tapioca Flour
2 1/2 cups Potato Starch
2 cups Brown Rice Flour
2 cups Sorghum Flour

Bread Mix #2:
1 ½ cups Tapioca Flour

1 ½ cups Potato Starch

2 cups Brown Rice Flour

2 cups Sorghum Flour

2 cups Buckwheat

Ancient Grains Mix:

1 1/2 cup millet

1 1/2 cup tapioca

1 1/2 cup teft

3 cup sorghum

1 cup amaranth

1 1/2 cup potato starch

PS I get that the starches are not classified as “ancient grains” but you do need them for great texture.
