Baking is my creative outlet.  When I found out that my daughter was allergic to wheat and then my son, baking became a whole new animal. Infact with all the ingredients just to make one muffin I felt like a Mad Scientist in her lab. Yet with the help of my friend Michelle (who has a son who can not eat wheat, corn, soy, chicken eggs, or dairy) we developed delicious alternatives that even our husbands would eat.  We hope you enjoy eating with us!
