How to use Natural Food Coloring

April 16, 2014

So I was going to post a beautiful recipe for cinnamon rolls for Easter. That was before I injured my ankle while forgetting how to walk down stairs. So I am giving you a great link for natural food coloring instead. I love my natural food colorings and use India Tree since they are corn free too. This tutorial uses Color Garden and is interchangeable with India Tree

. So happy coloring for Easter!

Update: I had not tried to use my natural food colors to color cakes. They do not work and the coloring disappears in the high temps of the oven. Using fruit juice worked much better. Here is a link of one who actually used juices to color her rainbow cake.
